Deactivate the legacy centrifuge chain in the nexus module on axelar-core, stopping all routing to and from the chain. The Centrifuge team has deprecated their legacy Substrate chain in favor of an Ethereum-native CFG ERC-20; the canonical token migration window closed on Nov 30, 2025. The chain itself still produces blocks but is no longer actively supported on their roadmap, so we are retiring the corresponding Axelar integration.
