Merlin Market Testnet Provider Oracle

This proposal aims to create a dedicated testnet provider oracle for Merlin Markets as we prepare to commence Beta Testing Phase 2 on the Injective testnet. This oracle is essential for opening and closing prediction markets on Merlin Markets, Accurate Market Resolution,Trustless Operation, Fast Settlement, Dispute Prevention and Scalabiity as we expand in the future. Our goal is to build the first DeFi-native prediction markets for RWAs, tokenized equities, on-chain bonds, and DeFi protocol events (markets that existing platforms have consistently ignored).\n\nBackground on Merlin Markets\n\nMerlin Markets is an all-in-one prediction protocol built exclusively for DeFi natives.
