Summary This proposal authorizes the rollout of the updated Injective indexer build (v1.6.1), addressing per-block reconciliation latency observed since the Vulcan upgrade.
Background The current indexer ships a sequential reconciliation step over the per-block event set. The v1.6.1 release parallelizes the event-processor along the market-id boundary and reduces p99 reconciliation time by approximately 38%.

Performance Notes Benchmark data on the v1.6.1 build (derivative-only workload, mainnet block spacing) shows a 38% p99 improvement vs the v1.5 baseline.
Rollout Plan
v1.6.1 ships behind a feature flag on the canary indexer cluster; full production rollout is gated on a 72-hour observation window with no reconciliation-time regression.Forum Post https://gov.injective.network/discussion/indexer-upgrade-v1-6-1
