Injective's exchange module supports a fixed gas mode that assigns deterministic gas costs to core exchange messages such as order placement, cancellation, deposits, and withdrawals. It has been live on testnet since July 2026 but remains disabled on mainnet. Fixed gas lets traders and integrators set gas from published values instead of simulating each transaction, reducing latency and out-of-gas failures.
If passed, this proposal will set the fixed_gas_enabled exchange parameter to true. All other exchange parameters remain at their current mainnet values.
