Proposal Contents (*the original text from the proposer)

This proposal creates ERC20 token pair mappings for seven of Injective's longest-standing community tokens: $QUNT, $NINJA, $KIRA, $XIII, $NONJA, $TALIS, and $HDRO. Doing so connects the Cosmos bank module and Injective EVM for each of them.

None of these tokens can be mapped by anyone other than governance. Six are tokenfactory denoms whose admin has been renounced to the burn address (inj1qqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqe2hm49). The seventh, $NONJA, is a CW20 wrapped 1:1 by the standard Injective CW20 Adapter, and its tokenfactory admin is the adapter contract itself, which is immutable and cannot submit MsgCreateTokenPair. Since x/erc20 accepts MsgCreateTokenPair only from the denom admin or the governance authority, governance is the only on-chain path for all seven. This is the same path used by proposals 594 ($DRUGS), 648 ($SAI), and 693 ($SHROOM), all of which passed and executed cleanly.

$QUNT (factory/inj127l5a2wmkyvucxdlupqyac3y0v6wqfhq03ka64/qunt), Injective Quants, has a fixed supply of 777,777,777 QUNT (6 decimals), of which roughly 179 million sit in the burn address. It is held by more than 410,000 addresses and trades on Helix as well as in Choice and DojoSwap pools.

$NINJA (factory/inj1xtel2knkt8hmc9dnzpjz6kdmacgcfmlv5f308w/ninja), Dog Wif Nunchucks, is described in its own on-chain metadata as the first meme coin on Injective. It has a fixed supply of 999,699,998 NINJA (6 decimals), is held by more than 18,000 addresses, and trades on Helix, DojoSwap, Choice, and Astroport.

$KIRA (factory/inj1xy3kvlr4q4wdd6lrelsrw2fk2ged0any44hhwq/KIRA) has a fixed supply of 69,000,000,000 KIRA (6 decimals), is held by more than 16,500 addresses, and trades on Helix, Choice, and DojoSwap.

$XIII (factory/inj18flmwwaxxqj8m8l5zl8xhjrnah98fcjp3gcy3e/XIII), XIIICOIN, has a fixed supply of 13,000,000,000 XIII (6 decimals), is held by more than 1,800 addresses, and trades on Helix and Astroport.

$NONJA (factory/inj14ejqjyq8um4p3xfqj74yld5waqljf88f9eneuk/inj1fu5u29slsg2xtsj7v5la22vl4mr4ywl7wlqeck) is the bank-denom form of the NONJA CW20 (inj1fu5u29slsg2xtsj7v5la22vl4mr4ywl7wlqeck). It has 18 decimals and a fixed CW20 supply of 1,000,000,000 with no minter set, and about 150 million NONJA are already wrapped into the bank denom. Proposal 693 named $NONJA as the next adapter-wrapped CW20 waiting on a pair. Its adapter metadata has since been refreshed, and the denom reports 18 decimals on-chain.

$TALIS (factory/inj1maeyvxfamtn8lfyxpjca8kuvauuf2qeu6gtxm3/Talis), Talis Protocol, has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 TALIS (6 decimals), is held by more than 12,600 addresses, and trades on Helix against both USDT and INJ.

$HDRO (factory/inj1etz0laas6h7vemg3qtd67jpr6lh8v7xz7gfzqw/hdro), Hydro Protocol, has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 HDRO (6 decimals), is held by more than 36,000 addresses, and trades on Helix against both INJ and USDT, as well as in Choice and DojoSwap pools.

Every message leaves erc20_address empty, so the chain deploys its standard bank-backed ERC20 for each denom, the same contract that $SAI and $SHROOM received. That ERC20 does not keep a separate ledger. It reads and moves the holder's existing bank balance, so there is nothing to bridge or migrate, and every existing Cosmos-side integration keeps working unchanged. Each ERC20 takes its name, symbol, and decimals from on-chain bank metadata, which is already set for all seven tokens, with decimals matching each token's display unit (18 for $NONJA, 6 for the rest). Supply stays fixed: minting through the ERC20 requires the tokenfactory admin, and that admin is the burn address for six of these tokens and the immutable CW20 Adapter for $NONJA. Holders of $NONJA in CW20 form wrap it through the adapter, as they do today, to use it on the EVM side.

These mappings will allow holders of all seven tokens to use them across both native Injective and EVM-compatible applications.
