Proposal 1010 recovered this client in April 2026, but the relayer infrastructure behind the AssetMantle bridge failed after execution and client 07-tendermint-1923 (transfer/channel-232, connection-1498) expired again on 2026-06-06. Substitute client 07-tendermint-3679 is Active, is refreshed automatically every few days by a keepalive job, and matches the subject on all fields checked by CheckSubstituteAndUpdateState (chain-id mantle-1, trust level 1/3, trusting period 1209600s, unbonding period 1814400s, max clock drift 25s), with a later latest height. Post-recovery client maintenance now runs on an automated schedule that monitors the recovered client directly, addressing the failure mode that consumed round 1. This proposal contains a single MsgRecoverClient and moves no funds.
