07-tendermint-1737 is an expired IBC light client of the Gravity Bridge chain (chain-id: gravity-bridge-3). It is associated with the channel channel-144, which handles bridge transfers. This client recovery is necessary to revive the channel and bring back connectivity. If passed, this proposal would execute the message MsgRecoverClient and replace the expired client state with the state of the substitute client 07-tendermint-3736. The substitute client matches the expired client’s parameters.
