Proposal Contents (*the original text from the proposer)

This is proposal 1 of 3 storing the CosmWasm contracts of the Bluechip creator-token launchpad on Osmosis. This proposal stores ONE contract: factory.wasm — Factory (registry + admin control plane, 48h timelocks).

WHY THREE SEPARATE PROPOSALS: storing all three contracts in a single proposal requires ~136,000,000 gas, which exceeds the per-transaction gas limit configured by Osmosis RPC nodes. Split into one contract per proposal, each fits. The three contracts are designed to operate together; the factory instantiates creator-pool code at runtime and registers the router. Please consider them as a set.

Artifact (reproducible via cosmwasm/optimizer 0.16.0 from commit 91cc5633bbc1d0120cd15fe0de2b5db6fca9d0a0):

  • factory.wasm: sha256 99de8ac76503b0188711ce03ab7075b1809f5d0cffd9d45a61231c673181828b

Reproduce: git clone https://github.com/Bluechip23/bluechip-osmosis-contract && cd bluechip-osmosis-contract git checkout 91cc5633bbc1d0120cd15fe0de2b5db6fca9d0a0 make optimize-all sha256sum artifacts/factory.wasm

Bluechip lets a creator launch a token paired against OSMO with no upfront liquidity, built on Osmosis-native modules (TokenFactory, GAMM, poolmanager). Supporters commit OSMO toward a USD threshold priced by the Pyth OSMO/USD feed (staleness/confidence/min-age gated, fail-closed); at crossing the pool mints a fixed 1.2M supply, seeds a native GAMM balancer pool, and airdrops to committers pro-rata. Post-threshold each pool is a standard Osmosis GAMM market. Admin mutations sit behind 48-hour on-chain timelocks and the admin/migrate authority is a cw3 multisig.

Instantiate permission is Everybody: the factory instantiates creator-pool code at runtime and its address cannot be allowlisted before it exists. Third-party instantiations are inert — the factory's registry only recognizes pools it created itself.

Full lifecycle was rehearsed on osmo-test-5 against these exact bytes (on-chain data_hash verified). Details, transaction evidence, and the security review are in the forum post.
