This proposal actions the OSMO burn from taker fee collections from October 2nd, 2025 - November 3rd, 2025 as specified in Proposal 903 by sending the accumulated OSMO from the temporary Community Pool storage to the Null burn address.
This proposal is the final manual burn from taker fees as Software Upgrade v31 has automated this process by performing the burn at epoch.
